SMEnode Labs was born out of frustration. Our founders — seasoned network engineers with a combined four CCIE certifications — spent years watching brilliant candidates fail not because they lacked talent, but because the study materials available simply weren’t good enough.
After sitting through overpriced bootcamps that recycled outdated content and studying from PDFs that hadn’t been updated in years, they decided to build something better. Something honest. Something that actually reflected what the real exams tested.
In 2018, the first SMEnode workbook was written at a kitchen table, by engineers who had just passed their own exams. It was raw, technical, and brutally accurate. Students noticed immediately — and word spread fast.
